A Dual Concept Kitchen Comes to Bergen-Lafayette

Bergen Hall is the newest restaurant to set roots in Bergen-Lafayette. Located on Maple Street, it is in a cavernous yet welcoming space. With large screen TVs, separate dining areas including banquette seating and group tables, the restaurant is designed to be a casual neighborhood hangout spot, perfect for drinks, a good meal, watching football, etc. And there is more! Jersey City’s beloved Ghost Truck Kitchen is here and operating their takeout business in the shared kitchen.

So first, the menu at Bergen Hall. The fun appetizers include Smoked Disco Fries (fries topped with gooey mozzarella and smoked gravy), Birria Empanadas, and Smoked Bluefish Dip with crostini. Mains include a French Onion Short Rib, Vegan Fried Rice and Faroe Island Salmon. The handhelds include a Pork Burrito and the Burger of the Month. There is also a Kids’ menu and plenty of highchairs to be had.

As for Ghost Truck Kitchen, the takeout menu still rocks. Check out the wide varieties of wings, bowls, sandwiches, burritos and yummy sides. Also good to note for all you party people – an order of Take and Bake 50 Wings – already smoked and ready for your grill or oven, GTK sauce included.
