Talked to a few realtors before choosing the Moorfield Group to list our place in Hoboken. One of the major draws was that they have someone on staff that does staging included as part of their service. This extra level of service and their marketing email blasts to a large pool of buyers helped us in receiving multiple over-list offers on our 2BR after the first showing. Great communication throughout, great customer service, great team, would definitely work with again. We have actually continued to stay connected for things like their annual customer appreciation event!

Darden and his team were very supportive in all aspects of the sale. It was extremely helpful to have Darden's selected contractor touch up a few items in the house before the sale, and the cleaning crew to make the house look the best. The staging was creative and made the rooms look warm and spacious. Darden's sales strategy paid off in a shifting market and helped us find serious buyers in one week, allowing me to schedule my move overseas as planned. I truly enjoyed working with Darden, and highly recommend him as your real estate partner.

We are so appreciative of the team effort the Moorefield Group put forth when we unexpectedly had to sell our condo from 600 miles away. Darden Moorefield was referred to us by an out-of-state friend, but we still had to take a leap of faith knowing so few people or professionals in the Jersey City area. From our first meeting with Darden until closing day and beyond, he assured us it would not be a problem to sell long distance and that he and his team would take care of everything – and they did. Everyone in the group was professional, friendly, and always available to relieve our stress and navigate us through the complicated Jersey real estate market. Because Darden is so well connected, he was able to refer us to other professionals we needed in the area to expedite the sale. Greg did a beautiful job staging the partially empty condo, checking on it often to make sure it was always ready to show. We purchased our first home using Darden and his team at The Moorefield Group. The home buying process from start to finish was the most incredible white glove, VIP, attention-to-detail experiences. When we talk about customer service going above and beyond, The Moorefield Group brings it to the next level. Darden took the time to explain all of the basics to us in detail, laid out our options for moving forward with a search, pulled listings which we may not have viewed otherwise (one of them was the home we purchased), kept us fully informed throughout the entire process (we were out of country after our offer was accepted and he took care of EVERYTHING) and throughout the process cared about every detail as though it was a house he was purchasing for himself. Darden’s extensive experience as a realtor, deep knowledge of the market and his contractors background allowed us to confidently make informed choices during every step of the process. Moreover, his ability to negotiate and strong rapport with the real estate community was a huge asset. Additionally the lawyer, home inspector and contractor we used as a result of his recommendations were all fantastic and reasonably priced. The whole process was so easy! I sold apartments previously and know how difficult, time consuming, and stressful the process is. I swear, from the first day I met Darden and his team I just left everything in their hands. They project-managed everything! I needed to do painting and small repairs before it could go on the market and luckily they "knew a guy" who turned out to be fantastic. The staging done by Greg was effortless (on my part anyway!). I have cats and that was my biggest worry during the prep work, open houses and showing appointments. Needless to say there was a lot of "cat wrangling" done and always with a huge smile. The Moorefield Group sells a lot of places in Jersey City and the surrounding areas, but there was always a personal touch and a feeling that you are the most important client. Anyone out there wanting to sell but fearing the process, just do it. Give Darden a call.
