Crumbl Cookie Brings the Crowds
On the last day of February, Crumbl Cookies enjoyed one of the most over the top opening days for a business in Jersey City. The location at 306 Grove St. had lines around the block, customers sang for free cookies, and the entire teenage population of Jersey City seemed to appear in stages throughout the day. For those of you 18 years and older who may be uninitiated with the cult of Crumbl, here are some fast facts.
Crumbl originated in Utah in 2017, the brainchild of two cousins. Fast forward to 2025 and there are over 1000 locations across the country and 2 in Puerto Rico.
Crumbl offers cakes and cookie dough, but the driver of their business are the cookies. They are made fresh daily, and each Monday, they announce the 6 cookie flavors of the week as the other cookies await their turn in the rotation.

Crumbl Cookies in JC is open 8am – 10pm Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday, they are open 8am to 12am.
